  • Make your room a sanctuary for you – with dark curtains to block the light, warm enough for you and nice clean bed sheets can make all the difference.
  • Avoid stimulants like caffeine, alcohol and intense exercise in the evenings.
  • Eating a light evening meal, making it easier to digest before bedtime.
  • Try having herbal teas with chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, valerian or hops.
