Honey
The wonders of nature’s antiseptic
Shop Honey ProductsNutritionist Deepali Shah Katira says,
“Honey is nature's remedy that has been used for thousands of years as a tasty food and also in traditional medicine. There are many different types of honey, but only some have proven activity.”
Lifeplan Rainforest Honey is a unique tasting honey, which is harvested from the rainforests of Chile. It’s a raw honey, which means it has only had minimal processing in order for it to be put into a jar.
Each batch is tested for its activity in a certified laboratory, to ensure that it is the declared strength on the label. The honey is active and at least 10+ activity, which is considered medium strength in terms of biopotency.
Lifeplan Rainforest Honey with Lemon and Vitamin D is another great tasting alternative which has a refreshing lemon flavour. Enriched with Vitamin D this product can be taken to support immune health and may be particuarly suitable during the winter season when it is harder to obtain sufficient Vitamin D from sunlight. This nutrient also helps the intestinal uptake of Calcium which supports the bones and teeth.
I bought Lifeplan Honey C with the hope that they would aid my immune system and I generally feel like these were a good investment to my health!
